Congratulations to Dr. Leslie Welker and Mr. Andy Pettus for being featured in an article in the November 2009 National Music Publication,  The Instrumentalist.  The article entitled "Passionate Teachers" features an interview with them about what it takes to build a strong band music program and some of their personal thoughts about teaching students music.  We are honored that they have been featured in this national magazine and we are certainly honored they are teachers in our schools.
